Wedding Planning in Dallas, TX

Festa plans weddings in Dallas–Fort Worth as one part of a broader event practice. If you are comparing a wedding planner in Dallas, this page explains the planning conversation. It does not claim awards, a wedding certification, or a destination practice.

Wedding planning, scoped like any other Festa event

Couples hire a planner when the guest list, the families, and the vendors need a single schedule. Festa can help with that coordination in the Metroplex. The same rules apply here as on every other service page: the quote names the work, and an inquiry is not a booking.

This page does not offer destination weddings, a named cultural specialty, or a day-of-only package as a standing product. If you need planning for a wedding dinner, a ceremony and reception in Dallas–Fort Worth, or a smaller celebration, describe that size in the inquiry. Micro and backyard settings can be discussed as formats, not as branded programs.

What wedding coordination can cover

  • A planning conversation about priorities, guest count, and budget categories.
  • A timeline from getting-ready through the end of the reception, once those pieces exist.
  • Help comparing venues and vendors you will approve.
  • Styling direction for the ceremony or the tables, with decoration scoped separately if needed.
  • Event-day support only when the written agreement includes it.

What's Included in Event Planning?

Wedding planning may include organization, a proposed plan, vendor research, and communication about the items you have approved. It does not automatically include design, month-of support, rehearsal management, or unlimited revisions. Those are scope decisions.

Festa does not claim to be the couple's officiant, photographer, or caterer.

What May Be Arranged Separately?

  • Venue and ceremony site fees.
  • Catering, cake, and bar service.
  • Attire, florals, rentals, and paper.
  • Photo, video, and music contracts.
  • Officiant, marriage license, and lodging.

Questions about what couples in general pay are discussed on the FAQ. Festa still does not publish a wedding fee.

How Event Pricing Works

A wedding estimate depends on the guest count, the number of locations, the number of vendors to coordinate, the planning timeline, and whether the agreement includes event-day coverage. A Saturday in peak season is not the same assignment as a smaller weekday dinner.

For a useful conversation, share the target season or date, the approximate guest count, the cities you are considering, and what is already booked. Cost questions can be answered only against that scope. They cannot be answered with a number that fits every wedding.

Wedding planning questions

Is Festa only a wedding planner?

No. Weddings are one category. Birthdays, corporate events, private parties, and the other services linked from Services are part of the same company.

Do you plan destination weddings?

The service area on this website is the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. Destination weddings are not offered as a service here.

Can planning start if we only have a season?

Yes. A season and a guest range are enough for a first conversation. Venue research needs a narrower date before anyone can check availability.

Will the website show Festa weddings?

Not yet. Gallery photographs are representative images of celebrations, not a portfolio of Festa weddings. That will stay true until the company publishes its own photos.

Describe the wedding you are actually planning.

Guest count, season, and what is already booked are the right starting facts.
