Kids' Party Planning in Dallas, TX

Festa helps families plan children's birthday celebrations and other age-appropriate parties in Dallas–Fort Worth. The tone can be cheerful. The logistics still need an adult decision-maker and a written scope.

A children's party still needs a clear plan

Kids' party planning covers the birthday itself, a theme the child will recognize, and the practical pieces adults worry about: how long the party lasts, who is watching the group, and what happens if the activity runs late. Festa talks with the parent or guardian. The website is not directed at children, and the inquiry form should be completed by an adult.

A first birthday and a party for older children are both possible starting points. The activities should match the age you describe. Festa will not suggest an activity that the host has said is off limits.

What can be coordinated

  • A party length that fits nap times, school, or a weekend afternoon.
  • Theme direction: colors, a simple backdrop idea, and table styling.
  • Entertainment options sized for the age group, for you to approve.
  • Food timing, including allergies you list.
  • A small run of show so adults know when cake and goodbyes happen.

What's Included in Event Planning?

Planning may include the consultation, a schedule, theme direction, and coordination of vendors you select. Supervision of children remains with the hosts and the adults they invite, unless a separate staffing agreement says otherwise. Festa does not advertise childcare as a service.

What May Be Arranged Separately?

  • A venue, park permit, or home setup.
  • Cake, catering, and favors.
  • Entertainers, character performers, or activity vendors.
  • Rentals such as tables, linens, or a bounce house.
  • Photography.

Those vendors have their own safety rules and prices. Ask for proof of insurance when a vendor works directly with children.

How Event Pricing Works

The quote depends on the child's age, the number of children and adults, the location, the theme, and whether entertainment is being researched. A two-hour backyard party and a larger venue party are not the same fee. No kids' party package price is published here.

Tell Festa the age, the date, about how many children, and any must-have or must-avoid activities. That is more useful than a long wish list.

Logistics that prevent a stressful hour

Build in time for late arrivals. Keep the structured activity shorter than the full party window. If siblings of different ages will be there, say so, because one activity rarely fits every child.

Kids' party questions

Can you plan a first birthday?

Yes. First birthdays are often as much for the adults as for the child. The schedule can stay short, with the cake and photos planned around the child's routine.

Will Festa watch the children?

No. Hosts remain responsible for supervision. If you need additional adults on site, that staffing is a separate arrangement and is not assumed.

Can a theme be simple?

Yes. A color, a favorite book, or a small table setting is enough. A theme does not have to mean a full scenic build.

How do allergies get handled?

List them in the inquiry. Festa can pass them to a caterer you approve. The caterer, not the website, is responsible for the food that is served.

Start with the child's age and the date.

An adult should send the inquiry. Festa will ask what the party must include and what it should leave out.
