Private Party Planning in Dallas, TX

Festa plans private celebrations for hosts who want the evening to reflect their own preferences: a dinner, a themed party, an engagement party, or another gathering that does not fit a single template.

Flexibility, with the plan still written down

Private party planning in Dallas works best when the host can say what the night is for. A welcome dinner, a themed costume party, a bachelorette gathering, and a quiet engagement party do not share a checklist. Festa starts from your preferences and then turns them into a schedule and a scope.

Flexibility does not mean an open-ended promise. You will see what is being coordinated before vendors are booked on your behalf.

What can be shaped around the host

  • The reason for the party and the tone you want guests to feel.
  • At-home hosting versus a reserved room, including arrival and parking notes.
  • A theme, if you want one, and the decor decisions that theme actually requires.
  • Food service style: passed bites, a seated meal, or something simpler.
  • Music or a short toast, coordinated only if you ask for it.

What's Included in Event Planning?

A private-party quote may cover the consultation, a run of show, styling direction, and vendor coordination. It includes only the lines you accept. Being a thoughtful host still leaves some tasks with you, such as the guest list and personal remarks.

What May Be Arranged Separately?

  • House rules, a rental venue, or a restaurant buyout.
  • Catering, bar, and cake.
  • Rentals for extra tables, glassware, or lighting.
  • Entertainment contracts.
  • Invitations and overnight plans for out-of-town guests.

How Event Pricing Works

The estimate follows the size of the guest list, the location, how custom the theme is, and how many outside vendors need coordinating. A dinner for twelve and a themed party for eighty are different assignments. Festa will not quote a single "private party package" on this site.

If you already have a caterer or a house, say so. That usually narrows the planning fee to the coordination you still need.

Preferences worth mentioning early

Tell Festa about accessibility, noise limits, neighbors, and any family customs that should guide the schedule. Those details change the plan more than a mood board does.

Birthdays with a milestone belong on the birthday page. A company-hosted social belongs on the corporate page. The process is the same: inquiry, priorities, a written proposal, then the work you approve.

Private party questions

Can the party stay at my home?

Yes, if the house can hold the guest count safely. Festa will ask about space, parking, and what you want brought in. Home events still need a clear scope.

Do you plan engagement parties and bachelorette gatherings?

They can be planned as private celebrations. They are not separate packaged products, and a bachelorette trip outside Dallas–Fort Worth is outside the service area described on this site.

Can I approve every vendor?

Yes. Recommendations are for you to accept or decline. Festa should not commit you to a vendor the quote did not cover.

What if I only want help with the schedule and styling?

Say that. A narrower scope is a valid request. The quote should match it instead of adding services you did not ask for.

Tell Festa how you want the night to feel.

The guest count and the city are enough to begin. Preferences can be messy at the start. That is what the first conversation is for.
