Baby Shower Planning in Dallas, TX

Festa helps hosts plan a baby shower in Dallas–Fort Worth: the consultation, a theme if you want one, the order of the gathering, and the guest experience. The parents' preferences lead. The quote lists what Festa will coordinate.

A shower is a hosting plan, not a single look

Some showers are a brunch at home. Others are a reserved room with a short program. Festa begins by asking who the shower is for, who is hosting, and how much of the day the guest of honor wants to spend in group activities.

A gender-reveal moment can be discussed as part of the same gathering or as its own small event. It is not a separate packaged product, and Festa does not require one.

Consultation, theme, and guest experience

  • A consultation that covers date, guest count, and how formal the shower should feel.
  • Theme and decor direction, from a simple palette to a fuller table design.
  • The order of arrivals, food, gifts, and any games the hosts actually want.
  • Notes for accessibility, seating, and a quiet place if the guest of honor needs a break.
  • Vendor options for cake, catering, or flowers, when that search is requested.

What's Included in Event Planning?

Shower planning can include the consultation, a proposed schedule, styling direction, and coordination of approved vendors. Games, favors, and a display of gifts are included only if the quote says so. Hosts usually keep the registry and the personal invitations.

What May Be Arranged Separately?

  • The home, restaurant, or venue fee.
  • Catering and cake.
  • Florals and rental decor.
  • A photographer.
  • Favors and printed games.

How Event Pricing Works

Pricing follows the guest count, the location, how much styling is requested, and whether Festa is coordinating vendors or only the plan. A shower for close family and a larger co-ed gathering are scoped differently. There is no published shower package.

If a relative is already hosting the food, tell Festa. The planning can focus on the schedule and the room instead of duplicating that work.

What makes the guest experience easier

Share the start and end time you want, not only the date. Say whether gifts will be opened during the party. Decide early if children are invited, because seating and the length of the program change.

After the baby arrives, a first birthday is a different service: kids' party planning. The planning steps themselves are on Our Process.

Baby shower questions

Can the shower be at home?

Yes. Festa will ask about seating, parking, and what you want handled so the hosts are not setting tables during the party unless they prefer to.

Do we have to have games?

No. Games are optional. Some guests prefer a meal and time to talk. The schedule can be that simple.

Can two people co-host?

Yes. It helps to name one person who can approve the plan so decisions do not stall.

Is a gender reveal included automatically?

No. Mention it if you want that moment planned. The method, the timing, and any vendor are part of the scope you approve.

Tell Festa who the shower is for.

The date, the host, and a rough guest count are enough to start a consultation.
