Birthday Party Planning in Dallas, TX

Festa plans adult birthdays and milestone celebrations across Dallas–Fort Worth. The party can be a seated dinner, a house gathering, or a venue night. The plan follows the person being celebrated, not a preset package.

Who birthday planning is for

This service is for hosts planning a grown-up birthday: a milestone year, a surprise that still has to be practical, or a party that mixes family and friends. Children's birthdays are planned on the kids' party page, where the timing and supervision questions are different.

A birthday party planner in Dallas is useful when the host wants one person tracking the guest flow, the room, the food timing, and the details that make the day feel considered. Festa can take on that coordination when it is written into the quote.

What Festa can help coordinate

  • The shape of the party. Dinner, cocktails, a backyard gathering, or a reserved room.
  • Guest count and timing. When people arrive, eat, and move to a toast or a program.
  • Decoration direction. A color, a table, and a level of decor that fits the venue. Concepts are discussed. They are not a promise that every idea is installed.
  • Entertainment coordination. A playlist, a musician, or a short program, if you want that researched or scheduled.
  • Vendor options. Cake, catering, rentals, or a photographer, presented for your approval when that search is part of the scope.

What's Included in Event Planning?

Birthday planning can include a consultation, a proposed timeline, a decoration direction, and coordination of the items you approve. None of those tasks is automatic. The quote names the ones you are hiring Festa to do.

If you want Festa present on the day of the party, that support has to be listed. It is not assumed for every birthday.

What May Be Arranged Separately?

  • The venue or a home setup, including any rental fee.
  • Catering, the bar, and the cake.
  • A band, DJ, or other entertainment contract.
  • Furniture, linen, and lighting rentals.
  • Invitations and favors.

Those vendors set their own prices and availability. Festa can help you compare options only when that work is in the plan.

How Event Pricing Works

A birthday quote depends on the milestone, the guest count, whether the party is at home or in a venue, how much decoration and entertainment you want coordinated, and how close the date is. Festa does not publish a birthday package price.

For an estimate, share the birthday being celebrated, the target date, the city, the approximate number of guests, and whether food and a venue are already chosen. A budget range is optional and is your range, not a Festa fee.

Practical notes for a Dallas birthday

Weekend evenings in Dallas, Plano, Fort Worth, and Uptown book early in spring and in December. If the date is fixed by travel, say that in the first call. If the date can move, the venue search is easier.

Surprise parties need a smaller planning circle and a clear arrival time. Festa will ask who already knows, so the schedule does not depend on the guest of honor for decisions they are not supposed to see.

The planning steps are the same path described on Our Process: inquiry, priorities, a proposed plan, your review, then coordination of what was agreed.

Birthday planning questions

Can Festa plan a milestone birthday without a full venue buyout?

Yes. Many birthdays are a reserved table, a private room, or a home. The quote matches that scale. A buyout is only discussed if you want one.

Do you plan children's birthday parties on this page?

This page is for adult and milestone birthdays. For a child's party, start with kids' party planning.

Can decoration ideas be part of the birthday plan?

Yes. Festa can discuss a concept and, if you approve it in the quote, coordinate the styling. Flowers, rentals, and installs are often billed by the vendors who provide them.

How early should I call?

Earlier is easier for a Saturday in peak months. A shorter timeline can still be discussed. Festa will say if the date is too tight for the scope you want.

Start with the birthday itself.

Tell Festa whose birthday it is, about how many people, and what kind of night you want. The quote will describe the planning, not a generic package.
