Privacy Policy

This policy describes how the Festa website handles information. It matches the site as it is built. It does not add certifications or a legal entity that has not been stated.

Who this policy is about

The site is operated by Festa, an event and party planning business at 18208 Preston Rd Ste D9 #339, Dallas, TX 75252. The telephone number is +1 (214) 783-7310. This policy does not name a registered entity type, because that detail is not published here.

Information you submit

The contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number, event type, desired event date, estimated guest count, event location, an optional budget range, additional details, and a consent confirmation. A hidden field is used to reject automated submissions. The form also records the time it was opened in your browser so submissions sent in the first few seconds can be rejected.

Why the information is used

Inquiry details are used to respond about a possible event and to prepare a conversation about scope. They are not used to build a public profile, and they are not sold. Submitting the form does not create a booking.

What is stored

The form does not write your inquiry to a database. When a receiving email address is configured on the server, the message is sent with the host's mail function to that address, and a copy exists in that mailbox. Until that address is configured, the server refuses the submission and tells you that nothing was saved. Call the phone number above in that case.

To limit repeated submissions, the server may store a hash of the network address and the timestamps of recent attempts for about 30 minutes. That file does not contain your name, email, phone number, or event details. If the storage folder is not writable, the limit is skipped.

Hosting logs

The company that hosts this website may keep ordinary server logs, such as the address of a request, the page requested, and the time. Festa does not use those logs to identify you for marketing. Log retention is controlled by the host.

Service providers

The public site does not load analytics, advertising, or social-media scripts. Fonts and photographs are served from this website. If email is configured, the host's mail service carries the inquiry. No other processor is named here because none is in use. If that changes, this policy should be updated before the new tool is turned on.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set cookies and does not run analytics or advertising tags. See the Cookie Policy. Do not read this sentence as a promise about a future version of the site.

Data security

The site is intended to be served over HTTPS once the host installs a certificate. Pages themselves cannot create that certificate. Inquiry email travels through the server's mail setup, which should be configured by the host. No method of transmission is perfectly secure.

How long information is kept

Rate-limit timestamps are meant to expire after about 30 minutes. Inquiry email, once mail is configured, stays until Festa or the mailbox provider deletes it. There is no separate archive of form submissions on the website.

Children

The website is written for adults planning events. It is not directed at children, and Festa does not knowingly collect information from children through the form. A parent planning a children's party should submit the inquiry.

Your requests

You may ask what inquiry information Festa has, ask for a correction, or ask Festa to delete an inquiry email, by calling +1 (214) 783-7310 or by writing to 18208 Preston Rd Ste D9 #339, Dallas, TX 75252. Festa will respond using the contact method you provide. This page does not invent a privacy office or a certification. Rights available to you depend on the law that applies to your situation, including Texas and other U.S. privacy laws where they apply. Nothing here limits a right you already have.

Changes

If the site starts using cookies, analytics, or a new way to store inquiries, this policy will be updated and the effective date will change.
